Dual Voltage Converter and Travel Adapter Plugs: Hi-Lo dual Converter Kit

HI-LO DUAL CONVERTER KIT:  ELECTRICAL CURRENT in most countries outside of North America is 220v, so travelers taking North American 110v appliances must also take a step-down converter or transformer.  Travel electrical converters such as our Hi-Lo Dual Converter can be used with electric appliances such as hair dryers, hot pots and steam irons.  Converters are much lighter weight than transformers, but can only be used for a maximum of three hours at a time.
WALL OUTLETS in the rest of the world do not accept the standard North American 3-pin plug.  Adapter plugs, which have a foreign wall outlet configuration on one side and accept North American plugs on the other, are a must for most travel outside of North America.  The Hi-Lo Dual Converter Kit includes four polarized adapter plugs (for Great Britain, India-Hong Kong-Singapore, Europe, and Australia-North America-South America).

The Hi-Lo Converter has two settings: HI, for electric applicances between 26 and 1875 watts, and LO, for electronic appliances between 0 and 25 watts.  The converter accpts 2-pin, polarized appliances.  There is a safety cut-off switch and auto re-start to prevent damage to appliances in a power surge.  The adapter plugs included with the travel electrical converter kit are for Great Britain, India-Hong Kong-Singapore, Europe, and Australia-North America-South America.  The kit includes a soft pouch, instructions, and a free "World Wide Electricity and Teleplug-Ins Guide" (24th edition) which gives essential information about traveling with electronic and electric products, plus a country-by-country list of voltages, cycles, wall outlet and telephone jack configurations.  Size: 4 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 2 3/4".  Weight: 12 oz.
