Here you find information on ordering production music from R.J. Woods Productions.  Licensing, shipping, payment and our satisfaction guarantee and return policy are all included.
International orders welcome!  All prices on this website in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.

You can order our stock music library CDs and individual tracks with secure online ordering via PayPal, using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card, or your PayPal account if you have one.

HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT WITH SECURE ONLINE ORDERING:

• To add any product to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add To Cart" button.  From there you can click on "Continue Shopping" if you want to add more items, or click on "Proceed to Checkout" if you are ready to buy what's in the cart.
• To remove an item from the shopping cart, click on any "View Cart" button, click in the "remove" box by the item, and click on the "update cart" button.
• To buy whatever is in the shopping cart, click on any "View Cart" button (or "Add to Cart" if you want to add that item to your shopping cart), review the items in the cart, and then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
  • To pay with a credit card, fill in your info under "Pay With Credit Card or Log In" on the left side of the screen, and click on "Review Order and Continue".  To pay using your PayPal account, log in under "Already have a PayPal account?" on the right side of the screen instead.
  • On the next screen, click on "Pay $XX Now" to check out.  Click on the "Return to Dusty Woods" button to go to the "Thank You" page.
• Finishing the order:  When you have finished checking out, you will be returned to the R.J. Woods Productions "Thank you" page.
  • Downloadable items:  If you have ordered any downloadable items, you will find a download link for each item on the "Thank you" page.  You will also receive an email with the download links.  You have 24 hours to download any items.
  • NOTE:  If you have a problem with a download, wait a few minutes and try the download again.  Because the links only remain active for 24 hours, be sure to check the files you downloaded as soon as possible.  If you can't get a download to work (be sure to try the links in the email as well), contact us and we will arrange a solution for you.
  • When you are done with the "Thank you" page, just close the window to return to the page you were on when you checked out (it will still be open as a separate window).  Or, click on any navigation link on the right side of the "Thank you" page to go to any page on the R.J. Woods Productions site, or to go to the home page of the Dusty Woods country music site.
• The sale will be identified on your credit card statement as "RJ WOODS" or "RJ WOODS PRODUCTION".
• Shipping:  Any shippable products will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order.  You can download any downloadable items immediately, or within 24 hours.  Shipping is free on all orders.

• All orders will be identified on your credit card as "RJ WOODS" or "RJ WOODS PRODUCTION".
• You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use my PayPal Shopping Cart!
• Your financial information is securely stored on PayPal's secure servers.  We never see your credit card information.  PayPal simply notifies us of the order details and your shipping information.

• American and foreign customers note:  when you purchase by credit card, your credit card company will charge the current exchange rate in your currency.
